Founder Juanita Rainer established Thirty-Four Horseman Holding Company, LLC as the next chapter of a journey that began in Rockford during the early 1980s. After building Nita's Cleaning Service through premium, fast, and friendly janitorial work for demanding corporate clients, she transformed lived experience into an investment philosophy centered on community prosperity. Juanita carried this vision forward after the loss of her husband and business partner, Eugene, honoring their shared legacy by guiding a growing portfolio that includes early education, real estate, logistics, and technology interests.
